What to Include
- A mistake or an outdated step. The address of the page and what you see on your screen instead. A screenshot helps, but hide your email address and anything personal first.
- A problem with the scan or the extension. Your browser and its version, and the step where it stopped.
- A tool suggestion. Its name and why it suits people leaving Google.
Please never send us your password file, a Takeout archive or your mailbox. We don’t need them to help you, and we’d rather not have them.
