How Your Plan Works

Every Google product we cover sits on one of the six levels of the guide, easiest first. Tick a product once you have moved off it. If you never used it, press Not for me and the level counts only what’s left. At level 6 you choose between deleting the account and keeping it dormant with forwarding on.

Partial is fine. Stop at the level that suits you and come back whenever you like.

Fill It From Your Scan

The Google footprint scan finds the Google products you use in files you download yourself. Press Fill from my last scan and every product the scan didn’t find is set aside as not for you, so your plan shows only what you still need to move. Products you already ticked as done stay done.

Where Your Plan Is Saved

Your plan lives in this browser’s local storage, on this device. It isn’t sent to us or to anyone else, and there is no account. A private window forgets it when you close it, and clearing this site’s data deletes it. To start over, press Reset my plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my plan sent anywhere?

No. It’s saved in this browser’s local storage and never leaves your device. The site has no server that could receive it and no account to sync it to.

Can I see my plan on another device?

Not yet. Each browser keeps its own plan. Use the same browser each time, or run the scan on the other device and fill the plan from it.

What does Not for me change?

It sets a product aside because you don’t use it. The level then counts only the steps that are left, and a level where everything is set aside counts as done.

How do I delete my plan?

Press Reset my plan and confirm. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings deletes it too.
